• Europe Countries--Standard International Shipping ( 5-10 Business Days )

Europe: Royal Mail International, DHL eCommerce, Evri Europe.

Tracking Information 

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or any other contact that you will provide us.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 48hours, please contact us through our chat button provided on our store.

Damaged Items and Returns:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 14days with photos of the product and packaging.
• We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the issue .
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
